I have not seen my beutiful neice in person yet!

Check out the story of Alysha Ariella, born as the 7th child, in the 11th month, 11th day, 11th hour-2007!

My brother Randy, who's child Aliya is, (that's what we call her- combo of both her names) and his wife don't have the means to give her a very good future here in the Philippines. They already have six children and this 7th child, whom they adore, gave to us this child to raise and bring out of their life of poverty and hardship.

She is being raised by Dave Dewbre and Diana Limjoco, my extended family, in beautiful Subic Bay, who can offer her the chance to get the best education, cultural and social exposure, yet hopefully, looking and loving still with kindness, on us, her blood family. It is our hope, that Aliya can be one of those rare breed of people who will bridge the gap between my country's very poor and the very priviledged. Hopefully with deep kindness, understanding, knowledge and the willingness to use the skills given her, she will give back to our people in the way God shows her.
